5. Logo display permission
By signing up, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to show your organisation’s name and logo on our website and sales materials. Tell us at support@thinkpol.ai if you’d like it removed.
6. Service level & changes
We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” with no guaranteed uptime. Features may evolve; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
7. Intellectual property
We own all platform code, designs, and trademarks. You keep ownership of the data you upload; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service and provide support.
8. Data & privacy
We collect only the personal data listed in our Privacy Policy and store it in AWS (eu-west-1). Closed accounts are wiped after 90 days.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Our total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 3 months.
- We are not liable for any loss of data or content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by English law.
For users in the United States: Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in London under the LCIA Rules, on an individual basis. Class-action claims are waived.
11. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we’ll give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.
